Our firm, The Euro-American Business Consultants, Inc. (E.A.B.C.I.), has been established since August 2004 in the US State of Delaware helping international clients incorporate in the United States, without having to travel for the formalities.
Delaware indeed offers many advantages such as the absence of profit tax when the directors do not live here, the absence of Sales Tax (VAT in Europe) and a ability not to show the identity of the directors in the public records. The companies do not have obligation to file their accounts with the State.
Delaware is also the right place to register a boat without travelling here nor bringing the boat.
